Fifteen years ago,  God led Scott to paint the first mural he ever painted when he found himself homeless, living in the streets, rescue missions and transitional housing in Seattle, Washington.

Scott Smith graduated from the Art Institute of Denver, Colorado in 1998 with an emphasis in advertising illustration.

It is amazing to see how God has demonstrated His will through Scott’s artwork to work hand in hand with rescue ministry.  Scott Smith served as the muralist for the Topeka Rescue Mission’s Children’s Palace. There he has painted beautiful murals that would bless homeless children for years to come.

Seen here, Scott is painting his first mural outside of the Aloha Inn (1999), a self-managed transitional housing facility for homeless men and women, a program of the Archdiocean Housing Authority of Catholic Community Services of Western Washington.

If you have any questions about installing a mural at your church, ministry or business, or if you would like to learn more about what Scott can offer in illustrating your next book or publication. You may get in contact with him by submitting the form below.

Scott is also available for residential and commercial painting as well.

Scott’s time and talent is valuable and it is his desire to build positive relationships with his clients. When his clients hire him for their next project, they not only purchase a valuable product, but they also support the Topeka Rescue Mission, as 10% of his profit goes to toward the ministry.

Success! Message received.
